Major Carlos M. De Dios is the Deputy Director and Chief, Force Management Branch, Professional Development Directorate (HQ USAF/JAX), Office of the Judge Advocate General, Pentagon, Washington DC. He manages the application of Air Force-wide force management programs for the JAG Corps and provides guidance on promotion board and personnel policies.
Maj De Dios was born in East Los Angeles, California and he received his AF commission through the California State University of San Bernardino AFROTC progam graduating as the sole distinguished graduate of his 2002 class. Maj De Dios was previously a Manpower & Personnel Officer at Nellis AFB. Maj De Dios also served as the Installation Executive Officer at the Defense Language Institute (DLI) in Monterey, CA. He is a 2009 FLEP graduate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Outstanding Latino Law Graduate award by CU Law and the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association. Maj De Dios is married to Lupita De Dios and has three children, Gabriella (Gabby) De Dios, Lucia (Lucy) De Dios and Christian De Dios.
